Legacy Trailer Return Policy
At Legacy Trailer, we value your business and want you to be confident in your purchase. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we gladly accept returns under the following conditions:
Eligibility
  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Proof of purchase is required (Invoice Number must be provided).
  • An RGA# (Return Goods Authorization Number) must be obtained prior to shipping your return. Returns received without an RGA# will not be accepted.
Restocking Fee
  • All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Non-Returnable Items
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Customized or special-order products
Refund Process
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method, minus the 15% restocking fee, within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
  • If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within the 15-day window to arrange an exchange (subject to product availability).
